About Coach Dylan Crane
You must be able to embrace a challenge to conquer life.
Dylan Crane, the founder of 24/7 Basketball, has been playing the game since the age of 3. He has since played, coached, and trained at all 3 levels (high school, college, and pro). Dylan was the 3rd leading scorer in the nation his senior year of high school, averaging 36.2 ppg. In college, he earned all division honors, and was captain of the team for his junior and senior year.
Upon graduating college Dylan continued to pursue a professional career. He began his professional career in 2017, becoming the youngest ever professional basketball coach at the age of 23, coaching the Washington Warhawks in the PBL. He then began his professional playing career in 2017 and pursued a path to the NBA. He then received an invite to the Houston Rockets training camp by former No.1 overall pick, John Lucas. He did not end up of making the summer league squad but continued to pursue an NBA path. During that time Dylan started to pursue training, training some of the top athletes in Northern Virginia, and that’s where the movement began.
At a young age, Dylan was inspired to use basketball as a career too not only pursue the sport he loves, but too impact others on and off the court. Dylan’s motto is the Bible verse 2 Timothy 4:7 “Fight the fight, finish the course, keep the faith.” His goal is for everyone that is reached to fight the fight, finish the course, and keep the faith not only in basketball, but in life.
